Editor - Villa 88

Villa 88 is the UAE’s only female magazine that is published specially for the affluent, local Arab women of the country. The magazine is hand delivered four times a year to a VIP database of 5,000 women including members of leading local families. Villa 88 also executes four bespoke events a year and has small but influential social media platforms.  

Due to its growth since launching just 2 years ago we are now looking for a full-time editor who can build and develop the brand in print, digital and via its events.  Working closely with the Villa 88 Founder, Asma Al Fahim, the ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly merge her ideas with their own to create a unique brand that both reflects and inspires its readers. 

The ideal candidate should have worked for at least three years on a lifestyle magazine either as an editor or deputy editor.  A proven journalistic background with print and digital experience you should be creative, dynamic and culturally inquisitive.  Arabic speaker is preferable but not as essential.

Creative Producer – Marketing & Events Department

ITP Media Group is looking for a Creative Producer for the Events and Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have experience and understanding of live experiences and events for our portfolio of brands including Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, Esquire Middle East, Condé Nast Traveller, Architectural Digest, Time Out, Ahlan!, Shortlist, Cosmopolitan Middle East and many more.

From intimate dinners and cocktail receptions to fashion-shows and large-scale events, the successful candidate will be charged with the conception, development and execution of innovative experiences for our different brands and their respective audiences.

We’re looking for a creative personality who can independently manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work to budget. The ideal candidate loves creating an event strategy as much as rolling up their sleeves to do the production work and will also assume responsibility for flawless execution of agreed-upon sponsor elements.

Requirements:

•    5+ years’ experience in event planning, strategy and hands-on execution
•    Taste and aesthetic sensibility that pairs well with our brands
•    enthusiasm for the range of personalities we work with, from fashion and celebrities to business-people and artists
•    Experience managing event producers, freelancers and associate staff
•    Experience working on contracts and agreements
•    Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, internally and externally

Digital Marketing Manager

ITP Media Group is looking for a prolific and talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing digital team!

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing, setting up, and executing a wide range of digital marketing activities including email campaigns, blogs, SEO/SEM, website and social media. This person has expertise in leading integrated digital marketing campaigns and optimizing across all digital channels with strong experience in CRM and Marketing Automation.

Responsibilities:

- Plans and executes web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, re-targeting and display advertising campaigns
- Plan and implement strategic marketing initiatives from ideation to completion, including email and social media campaigns, digital advertising, and content placement and distribution
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Work closely with our content team to drive substantial growth and performance optimization for our Social Media marketing and engagement channels and our Email marketing campaigns
- Work closely with editorial, production, and technology teams to implement Marketing plans
- Evangelize the importance of SEO
- Provide SEO support for specific editorial campaigns
- Apply Top-to-bottom management of SEO campaigns including developing meta tags, improving site URL structure, supervising SEO friendly page construction, creating SEO friendly content, creating target keyword lists, building links, etc.
- Run reports and Develop KPIs to measure performance and results

This person will have at least 7 years of digital marketing experience leading digital activations in web development, SEO/SEM, email, blogs & social media.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in analytical field required, Master's degree in data analytics or similar preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience working in marketing or analytics positions at high-performance, customer-centric Internet-based company.
- Related certifications: Google Digital Marketing certification, Google AdWords, SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing etc.
- Successful experience growing and optimizing Social Media and Email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to generate creative solutions and think outside the box.

Events Manager

ITP Media Group publishes consumer and business-to-business content in print and online. ITP Media Group magazines and websites are complemented by a portfolio of regional awards programmes, events and conferences.

We are currently looking for a creative and energetic Events Manager to join the marketing and events team. The Events Manager will be responsible for the development and A-Z management of a series of awards ceremonies and bespoke events throughout the year. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, editorial and production departments as well as managing all external suppliers to ensure the smooth running and delivery of all events.

The Events Manager will have a passion for event planning, excellent organisational skills and will be a strong verbal and written communicator. An advocate of customer service, the Events Manager will have the ability to multi-task effectively, work well under pressure and be able to foster good working relationships at all levels within an organisation.

The successful candidate will be educated to secondary school level, with higher education in events management related subjects an advantage. A minimum of three years of experience is required working in an event management role, with experience in both B2B and consumer events an advantage.

Event Operations Manager

Based in Dubai, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the design, development, delivery and management of a wide variety of events, delivering them to a high standard, on time and within budget.

The operations manager will have excellent organisational skills, be efficient and able to multi-task effectively. Editor in Chief - Architectural Digest

APP is looking for an ambitious and talented Editor in Chief to manage and lead the editorial of the magazine, digital platforms and all brand extensions including events, working in collaboration with Marketing and Advertising and reporting to the Publishing Director.
