ITP Customer Publishing is ITP's contract publishing company, publishing a wide range of products on behalf of leading companies and organisations. Within its travel portfolio, ITP Customer Publishing is the official publisher of Rotana Hotels and Etihad airlines, the official airline of the United Arab Emirates, publishing their Duty Free Guide, Entertainment Guides and Inflight magazine, and also acts as the sales agent for their inflight entertainment audio visual products.

Within its exhibitions and events portfolio ITP Customer Publisher is the official publisher of the Dubai World Trade Centre (exhibition catalogues, previews and daily papers). ITP Customer Publishing also publishes exhibition products for Epoch Messe Frankfurt, CMPi, Reed Exhibitions, IIR, Deutcshe Messe and Turret Events.

ITP Customer Publishing devised the region's first online catalogue entry system, a user friendly online system, tailored for the Middle East and North African region, which allows the exhibitors themselves to directly upload and amend their profile, therefore minimising the errors that used to arise from illegible copy or badly faxed profiles, resulting in world class exhibition guides and catalogues.
