ITP Customer Publishing is ITP's contract publishing company. ITP Customer Publishing was established as a separate company within ITP Publishing Group in order to specialise in the field of contract publishing, allowing clients to be assured of a dedicated editorial, design and commercial staff, and to enable a high and thorough level of communication between the client and publisher in order to maintain an unsurpassed service level.

ITP Customer Publishing produces a wide range of products on behalf of leading companies and organisations. Within its Consumer portfolio, ITP Customer Publishing is the official publisher of Rotana Hotels magazine, Barclays Premier magazine, Dubai Healthcare City's Healthcare Middle East Magazine and Landmark Group's iconic Centre-Stage magazine for both the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain.

ITP Customer Publishing is the official publisher of Etihad airlines, the official airline of the United Arab Emirates, publishing their Duty Free Guide, Entertainment Guides, First and Business magazine and Inflight magazine, and also acts as the sales agent for their inflight entertainment audio visual on-board entertainment.

ITP Customer Publishing also produce the Big Bus magazine, the bi-monthly title that is distributed on board each Big Bus tourist vehicle within Dubai, throughout the year.

Within its exhibitions and events portfolio ITP Customer Publisher is the official publisher of the Dubai World Trade Centre (exhibition catalogues, previews and daily papers). ITP Customer Publishing also publishes exhibition products for Epoch Messe Frankfurt, CMPi, Reed Exhibitions, IIR, Deutsche Messe, Reed Travel, Mecom Fourms, Streamline Marketing, Domus Group, Strategic Marketing and Turret Events.

ITP Customer Publishing devised the region's first online catalogue entry system, a user friendly online system, tailored for the Middle East and North African region, which allows the exhibitors themselves to directly upload and amend their profile, therefore minimising the errors that used to arise from illegible copy or badly faxed profiles, resulting in world class exhibition guides and catalogues.

	Barclays Premier (English) Premier magazine is Barclays Premier banking division's quarterly publication, produced exclusively for high net worth individuals. All subscribers earn a minimum monthly salary of AED50,000 per month and have at least USS250,000 on deposit with the bank. Content covers everything from banking and finance, travel, sports, well-being and health, to fashion, culture, objects of desire and corporate social responsibility issues.
