ITP Customer Publishing is ITP's contract publishing company. ITP Customer Publishing was established as a separate company within ITP Publishing Group in order to specialise in the field of contract publishing, allowing clients to be assured of a dedicated editorial, design and commercial staff, and to enable a high and thorough level of communication between the client and publisher in order to maintain an unsurpassed service level.

ITP Customer Publishing has been the official publisher of Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates since 2005, producing the entire in-flight portfolio comprising the in-flight title (etihadinflight magazine), the first and business class title (Aspire), the entertainment guide (E-Box) and the Duty Free guide (Boutique). etihadinflight magazine is also available as a digital edition on the iOS and Google Play platforms.

ITP Customer Publishing also publish, under contract, the official magazines of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (Dahabiya), Dubai Property Group (The Walk), Epoc Messe Frankfurt (Beauty Insider) and the Duty Free magazines of Air Seychelles.

The exhibition publishing arm of ITP Customer Publishing produce show products for several major exhibition and event organisers including Reed Travel Exhibitions, Clarion Events, Dubai World Trade Centre and Epoch Messe Frankfurt, producing a range of products including Exhibition Catalogues, Show Previews, Show Dailies, Pocket Guides and Route-planners. ITP Customer Publishing also undertake bespoke event management servicing.
