Caterer Middle East is a dedicated food & beverage management magazine delivering news, culinary trends and product reviews for the Middle East's fast growing catering industry. Its readership includes executive chefs, restaurant managers, sous chefs, maitred's and sommeliers.
Distributed on a monthly basis to 8,000 (BPA applied) named subscribers. Editorial features include local and international news, interviews, restaurant profiles, ingredient features and new products, with a dedicated supplement for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
The Middle East is fast becoming a culinary destination in its own right. The recent influx of international hotel chains has led to an increase in five-star restaurants and an overall rise in quality and variety of food outlets across the region.
A total of 80 new hotels are already planned to open in the region by 2010. Even at a conservative estimate of three outlets per hotel, that amounts to an extra 240 restaurants coming on line in the next five years, and Caterer Middle East will be there to report on all of them.
