Unlike traditional obstacle course races that focus on mud and terrain, DEKA is a standardised, indoor-outdoor hybrid challenge consisting of 10 functional fitness training zones designed to test every aspect of human movement.
With three tiers—DEKA STRONG (no running), MILE (1.6km), and FIT (5km)—the program provides an inclusive benchmark for all levels. A global leaderboard allows functional fitness enthusiasts to track progress and test their limits on a world-class stage.
