Legal Assistant - Arabic Speaker

We are looking for a confident, experienced legal assistant who is fluent in Arabic to join our Credit control team.

Duties will include:

  • Filing court cases
  • Drafting contracts
  • Registering cases in court
  • Representing the company in the case of any legal disputes or court case to ensure our rights and legal entitlements are reserved
  • Preparation of detailed defence statements in case of a court hearing or expert meetings
  • Filing criminal case (ie. police cases) in the case of bounced cheques and maintain consistent follow up with the police station
  • Prepare release letters for settled cases

It is expected that the above duties are all completed in a manner that safeguards the company’s interests in accordance with legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • At least 2 years in a similar role in the UAE
  • Working knowledge of UAE law
  • Experience in drafting legal documents
  • Experience in collection / recovery cases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic

Editorial Producer - Harper’s Bazaar Arabia

ITP Media Group is looking for an ambitious and talented Editorial Producer, to be responsible for all editorial production and support across all Harper’s Bazaar Arabia platforms and brand extensions, including but not limited to HBA, Bride, Qatar, Junior, Best Dressed and contributing to digital and social media. The position will report to the Editor in Chief.

Key responsibilities:

• Producing, managing and planning photo shoots to budget
• Sourcing freelance photographers, HMU, stylists and negotiating prices
• Sourcing locations across the GCC and internationally
• Arranging all shoot logistics
• Prop sourcing and styling
• Conceiving and styling still life images
• Creating call sheets and being the point of contact for crew
• Aiding fashion team with moodboard creation
• Picture editing
• Budget admin support
• Planning, booking, directing, editing, compiling and captioning Flash pages
• Providing digital coverage for people featured in the magazine (creating and sending watermarked images and PDFs for use on social) and managing those communications and hashtags
• Identifying editorial opportunities across the GCC

Villa 88 is the UAE’s only female magazine that is published specially for the affluent, local Arab women of the country. The magazine is hand delivered four times a year to a VIP database of 5,000 women including members of leading local families. Creative Producer - Marketing & Events Department

ITP Media Group is looking for a Creative Producer for the Events and Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have experience and understanding of live experiences and events for our portfolio of brands including Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, Esquire Middle East, Condé Nast Traveller, Architectural Digest, Time Out, Ahlan!, Shortlist, Cosmopolitan Middle East and many more.

From intimate dinners and cocktail receptions to fashion-shows and large-scale events, the successful candidate will be charged with the conception, development and execution of innovative experiences for our different brands and their respective audiences.

We’re looking for a creative personality who can independently manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work to budget. The ideal candidate loves creating an event strategy as much as rolling up their sleeves to do the production work and will also assume responsibility for flawless execution of agreed-upon sponsor elements.

Requirements:

•    5+ years’ experience in event planning, strategy and hands-on execution
•    Taste and aesthetic sensibility that pairs well with our brands
•    enthusiasm for the range of personalities we work with, from fashion and celebrities to business-people and artists
•    Experience managing event producers, freelancers and associate staff
•    Experience working on contracts and agreements

Responsibilities:

- Plans and executes web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, re-targeting and display advertising campaigns
- Plan and implement strategic marketing initiatives from ideation to completion, including email and social media campaigns, digital advertising, and content placement and distribution
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
