ITP Media Group is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, with a portfolio of more than 100 brands. We deliver quality, up to date content to readers, viewers, delegates and guests through digital, print, events, awards, video content, social media platforms and social media influencers. These brands include a range of major names from Time Out and Harper’s Bazaar to Arabian Business and Construction Week. We are now seeking experienced media sales managers who are highly effective, creative and determined, to join our B2B team.
Selling across print, digital, awards programmes and events, the Senior Media Sales Manager will champion sales, manage top client accounts, and personally lead the commercial charge on our core brands.
Based in our Dubai HQ, you will work across multiple portals with both agencies and direct clients to conceptualise and sell integrated advertising and sponsorship packages, including branded content, product integrations, display solutions and more.
To excel in the role you will be confident enough to work autonomously in our ambitious environment. You will also take a proactive approach to ensure you grow advertising revenue and consistently hit targets.
The right candidate will display an excellent understanding of media sales and the media market place, but not be defined by it, and most definitely be able to think outside its traditional parameters and sell creatively across platforms. You will also be hungry to grow your own career and be determined to succeed.
A successful track record in sales along with excellent communication skills and a passion for meeting clients and building relationships is a must; while previous experience on a monthly or weekly magazine is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess:
• A minimum of three years’ experience in media sales including digital
• Prior experience working on a B2B publication
• Entrepreneurial zeal and creative flair in order to achieve new business wins as well as maintain business partnerships
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• The ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining efficiency and accuracy
• A strong history of exceeding set targets
