ITP is looking for a creative and talented Digital Creative Director


Key responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for the development of creative digital ideas, strategies and executions across digital platforms, including social media, web, mobile,email and apps.
  • Produce impactful creative work to support strategic content marketing imperatives
  • Develop omni-channel customer journeys using insights to support a sound customer experience strategy.
  • Develop strategic creative solutions to client briefs by leading creative conceptualisation, team brainstorming and the creative mock up processes.
  • Key role in developmepnt and presentation of creative proposals and pitches as needed 
  • Collaborate across departments ( business, operations, creative, content, tech ) to develop and deliver impactful creative campaigns and digital assets taht will produce measurable and sustainable marketing results.
  • Ensure quality creative output by improving creative standards and processes
  • Oversee and support the creative team through all stages of design and development
  • Provide leadership, training and growth opportunities to creative team members.

Personal attributes and essential skills

We are looking for an individual who is acheivement-oriented in the fields of digital marketing and advertising. You should be a strong communicator who can be strategic, tactical and hands-on as required. You would need to lead the team to produce impactful, perhaps even award - winning, digital creative work. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in digital.
  • Experience in advertising or digital marketing agency in a creative role 
  • Passionate about marketing and the role that technology plays in empowering the marketer
  • Strong client presentation and/or public speaking skills.
  • Savy with commercial considerations for the business
  • Expert, hands-on proficiency in PhotoShop, Illustrator
  • Knowledge of UX and digital design best practises
  • The ability to work in a collaborative environment 
  • Organisation and leadership skills to oversee multiple projects at the same time.
  • Willingness to be hands-on, the ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Managerial experience with mentoring and supervising direct reports in creative roles
  • Degree or Diploma in the relevant field
  • Good Team Player
  • In depth understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
  • The ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent English Oral,written and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation, flexibility and an impecable attention to detail
  • Significant line management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in design or advertising
