ITP Media Group is looking for an ambitious and talented Arabic language Editor to lead and define excellence for the launch of GQ Middle East – across 360 platforms.
You plan, write and edit accurate and engaging copy in Arabic, display journalistic discipline and rigour which is aspired to by the team. The right candidate will have solid, proven experience working across both online and social-media platforms and web for desktop and mobile, and be adept at seamlessly moving between commercial and editorial projects with flair. The ability to analyse data using software and show accountability is crucial to identifying what content should be created daily.
With impeccable Arabic writing and editing skills, and the ability to produce quality copy quickly, you have second-to-none knowledge of the GQ reader and brand with the knack for knowing what he wants to read before he does.
You thrive under pressure, possess exceptional attention to detail and are bursting with ideas and energy with the agility to juggle multiple priorities. You have a very good understanding of media and the media market place, but you’re not defined by it, and most definitely able to think outside its traditional parameters.
